If your child has come home singing, "Buenos Dias" to the tune of Are you Sleeping, or greeted you in Spanish, you can thank Mrs. Ana Chavez! We are so excited to welcome Ana to the RSCA team this year as our Spanish teacher.
Ana was born and raised in San José, the capital of Costa Rica. She moved to Colorado in winter of 1993. She started teaching Spanish at her children's school nine years ago, and has been teaching Spanish ever since!
Ana love seeing how eager kids are to learn. She loves it when they say "Mrs. Chavez, you are the best Spanish teacher” when they've probably never had a Spanish teacher before :)
When not teaching Spanish, you can find Ana serving at her church or her kid's school. ¡Bienvenida, Señora Chávez!
